With a 6% reduction in raw material consumption, producing one light-duty semi-trailer can save approximately 200 kilograms of raw materials. Based on Baosteel’s material price of 5,500 yuan per ton, each vehicle can generate at least an additional 1,000 yuan in net profit. It is conceivable how much additional net profit a semi-trailer manufacturer can achieve if it produces over 100,000 units annually.
- Significant Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction, and Consumption ReductionCalculated at 200 kilograms of steel saved per vehicle, Liangshan can reduce material consumption by at least 20,000 tons annually with the same production volume. This not only lowers the waste recovery rate but also reduces re-smelting processes, naturally achieving the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and consumption reduction. This initiative is also fully aligned with the country’s strong advocacy for innovative and environmentally friendly development.
- Green Production Processes to Avoid PollutionFor the production of small tooling (including drilling), we mainly use punch presses, and our accessories are primarily stamping parts. Whenever stamping is feasible, we refrain from using cutting torches. For the cutting of side beams, cross beams, round tubes, and square tubes, we rely on high-precision sawing machines, with errors controlled within 0.5 millimeters. Both plasma cutting and laser cutting cause varying degrees of environmental pollution. In contrast, we avoid such pollution and take a green development path.
